• Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading.

• Please note that the item is deliver by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs.

• Most freight companies will liaise with you regarding delivery dates. Please ensure that you/someone is at home to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, customer would have to pay for the re-delivery fee of the item.

• If the item is sending to apartment address, receiver MUST arrange someone to meet the driver at the front of the apartment and bring the item(s) upstairs themselves. The driver DON'T offer the service to bring the item(s) up to the apartment for customers.

• Please check the item as soon as you received it. Please report to us if any damage on arrival within 3 days from the day item was received as per insurance company’s policy.
