  • To ensure safety, the shelf must be mounted securely to the wall.
  • Please note that the handles on high gloss paint furniture must not be over-tightened. Over-tightening can cause the paint to crack, which is not covered under the standard wear and tear warranty for this product.
    • Please ensure you hand-tighten the handles and base, stopping as soon as you encounter any resistance. Do not use a screwdriver to tighten the handles under any circumstances.
    • Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may need assistance with unloading.
    • Please note that the item is delivered by the courier/freight company's driver, and they do not offer services such as bringing the item into the property, removing and disposing of packaging, assembling furniture/items, or delivering upstairs.
    • Most freight companies will coordinate with you regarding delivery dates. Please ensure that you or someone else is at home to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, the customer will need to pay for the re-delivery fee.
    • If the item is being sent to an apartment address, the receiver must arrange for someone to meet the driver at the front of the apartment and bring the item(s) upstairs. The driver does not offer the service of bringing the item(s) up to the apartment.
    • We DO NOT ship our products to regional or rural areas, or farm addresses.
    • Please check the item as soon as you receive it. If there is any damage upon arrival, please report it to us within 3 days, as per the insurance company’s policy.

    MUST NOT ASSEMBLE THE ITEM IF IT IS DAMAGED!!!
