  • PLEASE USE PROPER GLASS CLEANING PRODUCTS TO CLEAN THE TABLE/MIRROR! PLEASE KEEP THE TABLE/MIRROR IN DRY CONDITION!!! THE MOISTURE PENETRATING/IMPROPER CLEANING PRODUCTS WILL CAUSE THE MIRROR RUSTING AT EDGES!! THANK YOU!!
  • Please note on all high gloss or glass furniture the handles MUST NOT be over tighten. If over tightened, this can lead to the cracking of the painting. This is not covered under the standard wear & tear warranty issued with this product.
  • Please ensure that you hand tighten the handles/base and do not force them once any resistance is encountered. Do not use a screwdriver to tighten the handle under any circumstances.
  • Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading.
  • Please note that the item is deliver by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs.
  • Most freight companies will liaise with you regarding delivery dates. Please ensure that you/someone is at home to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, customer would have to pay for the re-delivery fee of the item.
  • If the item is sending to apartment address, receiver MUST arrange someone to meet the driver at the front of the apartment and bring the item(s) upstairs themselves. The driver DOES NOT offer the service to bring the item(s) up to the apartment for customers.
  • We DO NOT ship our products to regional, rural areas and farm address.
  • Please always to keep the table in DRY CONDITIONS!
  • MUST dismantle the table before moving to other place.
  • Please check the item as soon as you received it. Please report to us if any damage on arrival within 3 days from the day item was received as per insurance company’s policy.
