Please allow our warehouse staff 3-5 business days to prepare orders for dispatch. Once items have been dispatched, delivery timeframes to metropolitan areas would be around 2-3 weeks. Do note that delivery timeframes may vary due to the demand and supply of the courier companies. We only service Australia addresses at the moment.
We use several freight companies to ship our products from our warehouse to your doorstep. As such, do note that tracking numbers for items may vary due to size, weight and postcode sending to. Your order might be sent via separate consignments and hence, you may not receive all items on the same day. We seek your patience and kind understanding in this matter.
Please note that the item is deliver by the courier/freight company's driver and they DON'T offer services such as bringing the item into the property for customers, removal and disposal of packaging, assembly of furniture/items or delivery upstairs.
Most freight companies will liaise with you regarding delivery dates. Please ensure that you/someone is at home to receive the delivery. If a delivery is missed, customer would have to pay for the re-delivery fee of the item.
Damaged Occurred in Transit
If any items have arrived damaged, please contact our customer service team through email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 3 days of receiving the freight. In the email reporting any freight damage, please state your order number, full name, order details as well as photo evidence showing the damage and the shipping label. Please inspect the item(s) upon receiving them for any damage, do not assemble the damaged item(s) and keep all the packaging inclusive of shipping label, packaging boxes, pallets, and packaging foam.
