• Please note on all mirrored or glass furniture the screws MUST NOT be over tighten. If over tightened, this can lead to the mirror or glass cracking. This is not covered under the standard wear & tear warranty issued with this product.

• Please ensure that you hand tighten the handles/base and do not force them once any resistance is encountered. Do not use a screwdriver to tighten the handle under any circumstances

• Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading this from the vehicle due to Australian health and safety legislation.

• We DO NOT ship our products to regional, rural areas and farm address.

• Please check the item as soon as you received it. Please report to us if any damage on arrival within 3 days from the day item was received as per insurance company’s policy.
