  • Please note on all mirrored or glass furniture the handles MUST NOT be over tightened. If over tightened, this can lead to the mirror or glass cracking. This is not covered under the standard wear & tear warranty issued with this product.
  • Please ensure that you hand tighten the handles/base and do not force them once any resistance is encountered. Do not use a screwdriver to tighten the handle under any circumstances.

  • We DO NOT ship our products to regional, rural areas and farm address.

  • Due to the size of the item, the delivery driver may require assistance in unloading this from the vehicle due to Australian health and safety legislation.

  • Please check the item as soon as you receive it. Please report to us if any damage on arrival within 3 days from the day item was received as per insurance company’s policy.
